Feeling at home begins with being seen and heard. At A-1 Prosperity Care Homes LLC, we welcome adults with developmental disabilities with warmth, patience, and respect for who they are and the lives they want to lead.
Our settings for 3–6 residents allow us to get to know each person’s routines, interests, and goals. We respect each resident’s choices and rights, including privacy, personal preferences, and participation in decisions about daily life. Our support encourages independence, connection, and a sense of belonging.
Led by administrator and owner Kenesha Powell, our team works alongside residents, families, guardians, and support coordinators to support daily skills and meaningful community life in Osceola and Central Florida. We want every resident to feel that their voice matters, their choices count, and they have a place to call home.

Prepare your qualifications
- CPR certification
- Direct Care Core Competency
- Zero Tolerance training
- HIPAA training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license
